Terms and Conditions

I am at least 18 years of age or older (19 if I'm a resident of AL or NE). I am the person in the photograph I am submitting with this entry, and I consent to the use of my name, likeness, image, and city and state of residence on www.hottamales.com and in other media for purposes of advertising and promoting HOT TAMALES® Brand candies, whether alone or in combination with other images or as otherwise modified. I understand no consideration will be paid to me therefore other than the chance to win the sole prize, the title, "HOT TAMALES® Hottie™ of the Month." If I do not win this month, I may win in a future month. I understand that all votes will be reset at the end of each month. I understand that my entry will expire in 12 months and that I will have to enter again if I wish to continue to be considered for the prize after 12 months. I represent that I am free to enter into this Agreement without violating the rights of any other person. I also represent and warrant that I have the permission of the person who took my photograph to cause it to be posted, modified and/or used as described above without compensation. I understand that my photo could be cropped or altered. I understand my photograph may be disqualified if HOT TAMALES® believes it violates any third party's rights, is scandalous, offensive to a significant segment of the public or is otherwise inappropriate. I agree that HOT TAMALES® may share its rights hereunder with its marketing partners, retailers and distributors. Lastly, I understand that votes are limited to one vote per person per day, and I will not engage in or encourage any multiple or proxy voting scheme which would undermine the integrity of this contest.
