ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

What will the HOT TAMALES^® Hotties™ do?

• Attend events in their local area as brand ambassadors of HOT TAMALES^® candies
• Hand out product samples and giveaway items
• Conduct contests and distribute prizes at events
• Approach and sign up other 18- to 24-year-olds to enter the "Be the Next HOT TAMALES^® Hottie™" online search
  o Distribute official rules and waivers
  o Collect bio information
  o Take digital photos for posting on website for judging
• Participate in “live feed” from events on radio stations as available
• Visit radio stations as representatives of HOT TAMALES^® candies to kick off event season as available
  o May be on-air or off

What is expected of the HOT TAMALES^® Hotties™?

• Participate in training session prior to first event
• Attend up to 12 events during a specified time period
• Sign a contract as an independent contractor for the specified time period
• Attend events for a minimum of three hours each
• Be outgoing, energetic and willing to engage audience at events
• Wear the branded outfit provided by HOT TAMALES^® candies
  
• Provide their own transportation to/from events
• Conduct themselves professionally at all times
  o No drugs or alcohol may be consumed while acting as a representative of HOT TAMALES^®
• Agree to allow their images and bio to be posted at hottamales.com
