I attest that I am at least 18 years of age, and give my permission for Just Born, Inc. (Site Owner) and its advertising and promotional agencies to post the photograph submitted by me (my "Submission") on their website at www.hottamales.com. I represent and warrant that I own or control all rights, including copyrights, necessary for the posting of my Submission on the Site Owner's websites, and that I have obtained the written permission of any person appearing in my Submission, of the owner of any identifiable personal property appearing in my Submission (such as a pet or car) and of the owners of any third-party trademarks appearing in my Submission. I agree to the posting of my Submission on the Internet in connection with the Site Owner , on any of the Site Owner's social media properties and thereafter, at the Site Owner's sole discretion. I waive any cause of action I may otherwise have due to any editing, adjustment, accompanying text, distortion, optical illusion or other defamation that may occur in the dissemination thereof. Submissions become the property of the Site Owner, and none will be returned. I give the Site Owner (and parties deriving rights from the Site Owner) my full consent to use my name, likeness and Submission, in all forms of advertising, promotional, editorial, marketing and collateral materials, specifically including, but not limited to, displaying my Submission on www.hottamales.com, without additional compensation or permission, and I grant to the Site Owner a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Submission (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such Submission. I agree that the Site Owner may share its rights hereunder with its marketing partners, retailers and distributors.
